Level 1

  • I want to start an exercise plan but haven’t.

  • I’m a weekend warrior but nothing is structured.

  • I’ve been away from exercise for over 3 months.

  • I periodically jump into exercise only to find myself hurt or not staying with it more than a couple of weeks.

Level 2

  • My exercise is imbalanced, I do not regularly include all the components of fitness                               (cardio, weights, flexibility, core and balance).

  • I only exercise 2 - 3 times per week.

  • I cross train occasionally.

  • I sometimes miss my exercise and find it hard to get back on track.

Level 3

  • Exercise is like brushing teeth, it’s routine and I rarely miss.

  • I include cardio, weights, flexibility, core and balance training in my workouts.

  • I exercise most days of the week.
