Follow the nutrition recommendations for 3 months, then re-evaluate to see if you're ready to move up a level. For optimal wellness the main part of a diet should be fruits, vegetables, beans/legumes.  Eat a variety of whole grains like quinoa, millet, kamut, brown & wild rice, 1 - 3 cups daily.  Eat raw nuts & seeds, 1 - 3 oz. daily.  Your diet should be 100% plant based or no more than 10% animal products in a 1 week period (up to 4 servings per week).
