GROUP FITNESS

Pilates Plus

Develop core, postural and muscle strength and endurance using Bender Barre and Bender Ball methods, weights, resistance bands, fitballs and other apparatus.  Increase flexability, joint mobility, proprioception, improve blood flow, coordination and balance.  Learn effective muscle activation and release techniques using myofascia balls, foam rollers and tennis balls.

Plyometric Conditioning for All Ages

Participants have the opportunity to practice off-ice jumps, work on plyometric jumping to help increase jump height on and off the ice as well as improve core strength, balance and improve rotational skills and technique.

 

Location:  Edora Park Ice Center, 1801 Riverside, Fort Collins
